Physical Therapist
Advanced Physical Therapy is the largest physical therapist owned practice in Alaska with three well-appointed clinics, and is currently seeking physical therapists for its Fairbanks location. You will interact with colleagues in a multidisciplinary approach to case management. You will communicate openly with orthopedic surgeons, fellowship trained pain anesthesiologists, and clinical psychologists. Patient appointment time is generous and your hours can be flexible.
This position also has the opportunity to become a 3 year IAOM-US Fellowship training program, with all fees for the program to be paid by Advanced Physical Therapy!
All therapists at APT benefit in the training of IAOM-US ( www.iaom-us.com) methodology in orthopedic evaluation and manual therapy treatment. This skill set allows us to speak the same language with both patients and physicians. Our patient population is approximately 30-50% post-surgical, 30-50% chronic pain and general orthopedics population at each clinic. We have established relationships with physicians in many specialties which allows for greater success in patient care.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
