Jack Wade
(DPT, FAAOMPT)
Graduated with a BS in exercise science from Indiana University in 2002. He graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2006 with an entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy. Jack is certified through the IAOM-US in orthopedic manual therapy for both the spine and extremities. He recently completed a fellowship through the IAOM-US and Texas Tech. He specializes in treating disorders of the spine and rehabilitation of the upper and lower extremities. Jack leads the sports rehabilitation program at the Wasilla clinic.
